Breadsticks were perfectly made and the chocolate chip cookie pizza was great. The toppings on the pizzas were fresh and good but the issue I had with the pizza was that the crust was a little too thick and kinda dry. Overall it was a good experience and would order from the location again. Delivery driver was fast and friendly.
The person at the register didn’t even know how to run the register, kept walking off mid-order while other customers were speaking to him. We had a curbside order and I called the store number 5 times and got no one. Was told our food would be ready at 5:45, it’s been about 30 minutes of us sitting here waiting on it.
This is the second time I've paid for delivery, added a 20% tip and then I am told via text that I will now have to go meet the 'Dasher' delivering the pizza to pick-up. Do what? They never mentioned Door Dash until after I paid. I was thinking the Door Dash delivery was due to a problem with regular PH delivery and they were filling in maybe?
That's pretty lousy business practice to sell something and then change the terms after the sale. If Pizza Hut had said they would not deliver I would not have ordered. I've been a customer since 1975, it seems I'll be looking for a more honest replacement now.
It would be very nice if there was a direct number to call that goes straight to the store instead of to a customer service line that can't do anything other then place an order. I placed an order got it delivered and my order was messed up if I had a vehicle I would have just drove over and got it taken care of but it's currently in the shop, I was on the phone with customer support for almost an hour with them "transferring" me to the store but every time would get sent back to them. Finally called doordash support since they are the ones that delivered the order was on the phone with them for half an hour trying to get this taken care of when THEY were the ones to send me to someone on pizza huts support team that could take care of it for me. They need to either give a customer support number that takes care of everything or get a phone for the building and answer it and take care of the issue.
Gave them multiple chances to get it right…. They’ve done remakes of my orders, but the last straw was hair in the food at the bottom of pizza box under the pizza 🍕🤮….Wasn’t my hair I swear 🤞🏼 Have pictures to prove 🙏🏽
